Q. How large (or small) a group does Beyond Times Square handle?

A. Whether you're planning a trip for a few couples, a large family reunion, a motorcoach or a trip for an organization with hundreds of members, we can create a New York trip that's right for any size group.

Q. Can you accommodate special needs on my trip?

A. From special diets to any physical considerations, Beyond Times Square can work with you in advance to make sure any specific requests you have are accommodated. We have access to minivans that can seat two passengers and two wheelchairs to motorcoaches with wheelchair lifts.

Q. What if I need to contact Beyond Times Square while I'm on my trip?

A. No worries. Our offices are open 9:00a – 5:30p, Monday – Friday and all guests are provided with our 24-hour number in case they need to contact us for any reason.

Q.  Some clients have asked my about walking tours. Are they difficult? 

A. Our walking tours are generally two hours long and walking/subway tours are four hours.  If you only want to include a little walking (five or ten minutes here and there), we can make the walks part of your motor coach tour (or van/SUV for smaller groups).  The walking is usually easy, but in some case there are some staircases and hills, which we will let you know about in advance. The walks are stop-and-go as your guide explains the sights. Ask us which tour is right for you.

Q. Do you provide transfers to and from the airport?
